Service and Maintenance

Our Service Centre is the "hub" of Climate Control (South East) Limited. Whatever service you require it all begins with a call logged on our system. The automated phone system quickly directs you to the correct department and once connected, our fully computerized call centre takes over. Utilizing a computer controlled system we can log, track and co-ordinate our team of engineers. We are able to provide "real time" feedback on the progress of your call.

We maintain close contact with the engineers and clear down each job "live". In addition we have a fully computer-maintained stocking agreement with a national wholesaler ensuring "Full Stock Levels" are maintained. All of our vehicles are specially racked out to carry a wide variety of van stock and equipment, the aim of which is to facilitate a "first time" fix whenever possible.

Our core area of operation is London and the South East. We cover from Brighton to Birmingham and from Southend to Bristol. We have dedicated engineers in London’s West End on daily basis, as well as having a network or local service partners throughout the country. Our service department is manned 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. When our offices are closed for the day, your call will be directed to our Out of Hours service, and manned by a live on-call manager with dedicated on-call engineers ready to attend emergency breakdowns.

Alongside the Service Department, our Maintenance Department specialises in preventative maintenance works. We also offer a full package of associated services from minor work (e.g. condenser cleans) to fully integrated PPM contracts.
