Training and Development

As a company, Climate Control (South East) Ltd have implemented a policy of ongoing training and assessment. We ensure that all our engineers regularly attend training courses with leading manufacturers such as Mitsubishi, Daikin, Toshiba, Foster and Hitachi.

All our engineers are fully qualified to City and Guilds standard, certified in the safe handling of refrigerant and ACRIB registered. Furthermore all our staff attend regular health and safety training carried out by our own in-house health and safety consultant. All three directors are members of the Institute of Refrigeration and have undertaken specialist training in health and safety and risk assessment. The company has recently achieved "Safe Contractor" status.
